Most boiler services are a fixed £55. The combined CP12 + service bundle at £99 is ideal for landlords keeping a property compliant, or homeowners who want both done in one visit. Multi-property and multi-boiler discounts available for landlords - just ask.

(Prices are for a standard domestic gas boiler. Any parts or repairs needed will be quoted and agreed separately before work begins.)
